  AFI24 www.afi24.org Le Centre de Formation d'Apprentis AFI 24 des industries de la Chimie, Parachimie, Pétrole gère les contrats des apprentis des filières professionnelles de seconde année. Il participe au recrutement des jeunes candidats, à la recherche des entreprises d'accueil, à la discussion du contrat d'apprentissage, à son établissement définitif et à sa gestion dans le temps. Il assure également le suivi post-master de la recherche d'emploi et de l'évolution de carrière.

Its research activities are centred on the air pollution. They cover a range which extends of the academic research (modelling of sprayers, assimilation of data and inverse modelling, atmospheric limit layer) until in the studies of impacts (impact of the activities connected to the production of the thermic or nuclear energy, the impact of the activities connected to transport), by way of the modelling / forecast of the reagent transport of pollutants in the regional scale or still the modelling in the small scales (urban pollution, quality of the internal air). The interest carried in some of these subjects explains the interweaving of the laboratory in the programs of EDF R+D and its relations with the bodies of the Scientific and technical Network of the METLMT organized (agreement with the DRAST).
